Signed a binding agreement to sell land with only restriction to cancel being based on property failing an inspection. Solid ground sales cancelled the agreement without doing an inspection and would not provide the earnest funds as required by the agreement. No inspection was done and they cancelled because they couldn’t resell in a select time frame. Fraudulent company that never intended to purchase property.
