I ordered a $100 Red Light Therapy wand from this company in November 2021. I have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails to their Customer Svc. Dept. and have received only occasional email replies from a woman named Victoria. I have asked for a refund, to no avail. "Victoria" has ignored my request. It has now been 5 months, and nothing. I am convinced this company is a scam/fake company.
