ordered product off tik tok shop, received shipping information and never received product. Asked for proof of delivery and they blocked me from emailing-contacting them moving forward.

I ordered shirts off of TikTok shop. It brought me to another website called Kynelle. They “delivered” the package twice. I never received it then offered me a 70% refund and said it will take 20 to .25 business days for the refund to process. It’s now been 3 months and I haven’t received product or refund.
