Gil Kowalczyk owner of KO Construction stated he would completely redo my cement around my pool. We signed a contract he required 3800 dollars up front which I paid him. He came back 2 times and never returned. I have yet to see any of my 3800 dollar down payment. He stringed me along for 1/2 year. Took him to civil court and won. Now he’s nowhere to be found. I have legal action against him. Do not do any business with him.
