I discovered the emails in my Google mail account. I called to close the account and was pressed for more information such as phone number current address just for verification purposes of course as well as my maiden name and that's where the account was discovered. She also said that she escalated the issue and was closing the account however refused to let me speak to a supervisor and said they could not give me any ticket number or escalation number for proof that we had corresponded whatsoever. Having said that I hung up the phone with them at approximately 7:06 p.m. today is February 12th I know phone calls are off and recorded for quality assurance let's pray this one was. There's so many scams going on around us every single day I would love to get more involved in this kind of s***
