They have website that looks like they are part of Kitchenaid. When I called them and asked if they are Kitchenaid, they said yes. They ended up sending a repair person to my home that changed a chip in the refrigerator twice. They never showed for one appointment. They also had one more appointment scheduled on a Saturday and the technician ddid not have an intention of showing up and never told me so I was waiting all morning. They finally told me that the recommended I purchase a new refrigerator because the problem was too complicated and it would be more expensive to fix than a what a new refrigerator would cost. I subsequently ended up reaching out to the real Kitchen aid and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix the refrigerator
