This is a manufacturer in China making pet products. They business tactics are unethical so be forwarned. Situation: Met in person with the owner of the company. I provided them a sample of the product I wanted to manufacture. They assured me that they would work with me to get it finalized and of exceptional quality. they provided a preliminary quote. After countless hours and evening meetings to discuss the product. They came back with their sample that was far from good quality or even close to meeting my requirements. They then increased their quote by 50% and indicated they would not discuss with me further until I submitted a PO. They claim they were making the samples as a waste despite the fact that I paid them to make the samples. They are unethical and I would discourage anyone from working with them. They have been to superzoo so don't assume they are a reliable manufacturer. The owner will tell you everything you want to hear and then promise you everything and delivery nothing.
