We bought an icemaker Dec 6 before Christmas and found out after we bought it that we would need a floor drain installed or water would leak all over our kitchen.

When we tried to return the icemaker a week later no one would return our call except a customer support person named Willow. She at first said she would send a return label to our house. A few weeks later she said we cannot return the ice maker now. At a loss of what to do. Going to call my attorney. Below is the posted 30 guarantee from kismile.com
