Ordered some drinking glasses in late November. Received a tracking number, they said it was delicious when it never was. Would not give a refund or replace order. Agreed on a 50% refund that was never fulfilled they are still feeding me bull[censored] emails saying there was a problem with the finance department. Out $60. [censored] them

There was an ad on Facebook for Christmas decor. I did not shop through facebook but looked up the website first. Nothing about it being a scam found. I ordered from it. Received a confirmation email. I was even able to check my order status for a week. Now the website is no longer. The order was placed 11/22/24. I assumed the items were potentially coming from over seas as that seems to be more and more common so I waited a month before reporting.
