The company states this product was endorsed by shark tank, Oprah, Carrie Underwood and others. It was not. They offer a free bottle but uNtil you make the purchase you don’t know the exact total. They pledge a 60 day trial period but they are represented by Norton secure purchasing which only gives a 30 day period. There are multiple phone numbers and emails to contact them. They do not return and requests you make to get in touch with them

This company advertise that they are shark tank approved and Oprah. This encourages people to buy.They offer you a free bottle and ask for your credit card. They then do not allow you to review the order, so, when you think you are paying $29.00 they charge your card between $199.00 and $279.00 some people even claim up to $300.00 was charged to their card.They offer a 90 day refund but do not give you a refund. Please see ScamPulse.com of Colorado they have 980 complaints. No one is doing anything to stop this company. I don't know if Shark Tank and Oprah know their names are being used by these scammers.

I was viewing the product through a website found in an ad. This ad spoke about "Try this Free." When I clicked on the button, it immediately took me to a screen where I assumed I was simply making an account for the company rather than spending over 200 dollars on products. After this, I contacted customer service immediately to stop the order, they were unable to help. I received the bottles and had been in constant contact with customer service regarding how to return my items. I followed the steps given by customer service and returned the package in late May/early June. It has now been a month, I stopped receiving contact from the customer service email and when I tracked the package I sent back to Denver, per the instructions of customer service, I discovered it have been received on June 6th. I am a college student, having to pay loans and other school fees and cannot afford for my emails to be continually ignored and my money not refunded by this company.

KetoNow pills were sent to me. I did not order. Said I could get full refund if I mail them back. I mailed them back on May 28 2020. The cost was $80.00 and $199.99. I had to close debit card because everyone that sales Keto pills was charging every day or so. I have received nothing back and phone number cuts you off now. So I will need the refund mailed to me. I hope others will think twice before ordering.i am sure I have lost it.

Ordered on April 14 2020. Returned product via usps traceable mail . They received product back on May 16 2020 . Have yet to receive a refund.

I feel for them also, was charged almost $300,. I ordered in late April and it June now and still nothing!!

I purchased the ketobhbreal pills on 4/19/2020. I returned them because I didn't know they were charging $280.00 for the set 5 bottles. I was told how to return the order and everything when I sent it back I never was emailed again I got no response from anyone anymore. After paying for the products it's like they never existed.

I placed an order for this product their add said 3 bottles for 29.95 or 5 bottles for 39.95. I placed my order and within 3 minutes they charged my creditcard $200.00. I called immediately and was told that they could not cancel the order I had to wait til i received the order then I could return it for a full refund. That was the middle of April, I mailed it back and kept the tracking number and i have sent numerous emails to no avail. I was told they needed to find the returned order and match it to my account before a refund could be issued. It is now June and still no refund. I have told them I will take this to court if need be and contact the Better Business Bureau. This is a total scam. I need to get my money back.

I ordered this product on 4/27/2020. The amount was very misguiding. It explains that one bottle is for $20 and the other is around $50. t never tells you the total of the order till your transaction is complete. It only showed $20 and $50. Then I after it shows that one is $80.00 and the other is $199.99. This was taken out the same day I ordered it. I received an email on 5/3/2020 saying due to the increased demand they cannot fulfill my order but will refund me in the next 3-5 business days. I emailed them on the 6th day and no response. I emailed om May 28 asking for my refund saying its been long enough and the response is, Due to the current environment, we have limited manufacturing capacity and unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely manner. Because of this, we have cancelled your order and you will not be charged. If you see any pending charges on your account, they will disappear as the order has been canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Now they are saying its going to be cancelled and my funds will disappear? Really??? This is the same message I got the day before and today again. Please look up reviews for any online purchases I guess you can't trust everyone. So sad. I will still try to get my money back.

You choose an item to order and they charge you for more item and they c hff srge a higher price. Their customer services can no be reached by phone and the email takes days and days to respond. They will not cancel your order even if you requested them to immediately after you realize the price discrepancy. PLEASE BE AWARE

My husband ordered online 1 bottle of KetoNow they charged his card 145.00 dollars when we received the package there were 6 bottles 3 Keto and 3 different supplements that he received and did not order he called number on internet they said they would return money on his card but when we tried to get a return address keep getting same email but no return info I have emailed at least 20 times get same email which states that we have 120 days to return

And are backed by Norton!!

I just read several other complaints about the same company and they told me the exact same thing. I have not received mine yet but when I read about the scams I just emailed them and told them I don't want the order to cancel it and refund my credit card of 2 different charges $69.99 + $80.00 for 4 other bottles of something I did not even order and I contacted them right after I saw I was charged twice and they said the same thing to me like they did others...I have looked at your order and it looks like you opted in on receiving the extra 4 bottles but they could give me an extended purchase return days with Norton guaranteed.
