On June 30, 2024 this weight loss product falsely advertised. In an interview with Shark Tank Kevin O'Leary regarding this product it was indicated that this product was the real deal. At the bottom of the interview there was a Certificate of Authentication. Once I clicked on the link, an added product, without notification, was also included. I immediately tried to cancel the order but was unable to find any contact information.The ad was no longer available in checking back. There was not confirmation of purchase to track. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge of $259.70. The bank is asking for confirmation pages, correspondence/emails with the merchant, tracking information, etc. None of this information was ever sent to me. I have yet to receive the product to return it.

This was a weight loss product falsely advertised in an interview with Kelly Clarkson and Hoda Kotby. Once I clicked on the link they added products and services to my shopping cart without notification as a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent. I was shipped a package of 5 weight loss gummies that I did not reorder and when I contacted their customer service department to dispute the charge they would not agree to pay for shipping or accept the returned product. I called customer service and told them I had spoken to my bank and the company told me I needed to call them back with my bank on the phone to discuss a return.
