Kenwood legal services, supposedly, called me today. They said my husband owed an unsecured payday loan from 2011. Said the company he owed was called "Vista Holding Group" in the amount of $1,143. But to settle out of court would be $871.50. The first guy's name was Terry Evans. The second guy from "arbitration" was Jason Gordon. Threatened us with breach of contract and fraud. They had his SSN, old bank account number, current employer that they said was a previous employer, our current address and my name. Googled and researched because I knew we didn't have an open account for a payday loan, the account number they gave from the initial creditor was a zip code in California. There's at least 2 males and 1 female that are pulling this scam on people.

Called this morning, 11/25/20, and left a message then immediately called again. The message said that "their office had made several attempts to contact me" and that they were going to "sign off on a petition of judgment against me." They had the last four digits of my SSN. I did not call them back.

Just received a call similar to those reported above, from an in-state number. They called once, left a message then immediately called again. The message was garbled due to a lot of static on the line and I could barely make it out. They did have the last four numbers of my SSN and said they were going to "sign off on a petition of judgment" against me.

I received a call from Vickie, who left a message saying I had 2 allegations against me. When I returned the call I got ahold of Jason Gordon who then tells me about 2 charges. 1 being a breach of contract on account from 2009. Balance then was $200 and then went to $400, but now is over $1000. They would resolve for the $400! When I asked for documentation to be sent, he argued that it had already been sent since 2013 and they wouldn't send out again. Scary part is he spouted off my whole ssn and family members on my side and exs. Hung up and called credit bureau to put fraud alert on my credit immediately. Called Social security office as well and got information to keep monitor on it.

A woman called my husband and told him that someone has a judgement out on me and that he could find out what it was if he gave them the last 4 digits of my social.
These people keep calling saying that I have a balance on a payday loan.
I called the number in which a man by the name of Alfred answered. I blocked the number so they can't reach me. They have information on people in my family and uses these numbers to try and reach me with this bogus scam!

I got a similar call just the other day ex except he had all my information, everything from my ss to my family members my old address my x husband and ect. I was so scared. He called and said I have 2 allegations against me and I’m being charged with fraud for 2 unsecured lines of credit. They also knew my old banking information! This went on for a couple of days and still they are calling !

the same person says he is from a dispute department telling you lies and pushing to get a payment of 375 over the phone right away
