I found a great Keen Outlet website that looked very legitimate with pictures and prices of their various products. Prices were great. I attempted to make a purchase of one pair of shoes using my Discover credit card, but it would not go through. Thinking something was wrong with the card, I used my Citi Visa card from Costco next and it went through. Shortly thereafter, I received a text alert from Discover declining the purchase and asking if I recognized a transaction to SQ ARRION TEA SHAY. That's when I knew I had been scammed. It is now 10 days later and there has been no email receipt or any kind of notification from this company. I have also seen similar Keen scam reports on Better Business's site. I have reported this to Citi Visa.
