We attempted to purchase a blue heeler puppy from Kaiden Blue Heeler. Communication was only via email and text. They stated they were in Grass Valley, CA, but offered delivery to our home in the SF Bay Area. We got many pictures, and were offered video of the pup. The payment information is where it got weird. I got 2 different PayPal accounts (they said it was their son's accounts), and a Zelle account, also under a different name. The Zelle transaction did not go through, however a partial payment went through on PayPal. When I finally got tired of trying to figure out who the heck I was paying, I texted the owner (who called themselves Kaiden), and told them we would pass on the dog, to please send our money back via PayPal. Now they say their PayPal isn't working. I've requested either a certified check, money order, or refund via Zelle. I have yet to hear a response. Fortunately, we never sent the full amount, but it's an expensive lesson to learn!

Kaidenblueheeler avaiable puppies: I picked Bruno (so cute!). Many emails back and forth. But, I could not get person's name, nor address, nor state. Not listed on very impressive website. Finally said Austin, Texas, but not sure. Neighbor was in Texas same time so could pick up, but, no, best way was by Air and a nanny would be with to potty the puppy on the way (in the airplane?). I asked for more photos. Did get them. Then he said "can we proceed". that kind of turned me off. Asked for name of vet clinic, but after that requests no more emails.
