I ordered from "Justchou" a pair of waist leggings and I still have no tracking number or any information regarding my purchase I would like a full refund cause I've sent over 21 messages on email and still haven't got anything back as a response

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago for 5 pair of leggings for 64$ I still have no tracking number; I have emailed their support team twice now and have received no response still. I'm furious these were supposed to be a birthday gift for a sickly friend who just wanted to feel pretty before she started chemo. I could cry.

Had called to get a refund of $83.55, she said I would see refund in 10 minutes. When I looked she TOOK out almost$500 out of my bank account.
Tried calling and no answer.

April 18th. First order. Thought it would be nice for my wife because she loves leggings. What a load of s@@*÷! Still have not received them. Only 3 emails confirming the order, welcoming to the family, and a no tracking, sorry for the delay, could take up to twenty days. They will suffer the wrath of some angry customers. I want them shut down!

I order the five leggings for 64 bucks. They email me a confirmation number and then said I will receive a tracking numbers when they ship my order. I've been waiting for weeks for that tracking number and still nothing. I emailed them, no response back. Don't order for them they are a big scammers. Let everyone you know! I want my money back it already hard for me, just thought I'll do just a little something nice for my self for once! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered 2 pair of leggings and the total was roughly $40. I ordered on April 14th still have not received even the email they said I would get when they shipped. Sick people in this world that they spend so much time scamming people out of their hard earned money. I want my money bank but I'm realistic so I know that isn't going to happen. Just hope people quit ordering from this fake business.

Avoid this company at all cost! Cheap products & does not deliver all items. A Huge hassle!

Example: I ordered 3 items in March 2021. Finally Received 2 out of 3 items the last of April 2021. And they are the poorest quality imaginable for the price paid! Holes, frayed edges. Just absolutely ridiculous for the money spent! Lastly , I emailed & contacted them 4 times regarding the 3rd item missing ... no response. Had to file a claim /dispute to recoup money. For God’s sakes...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I seen a few girls at my work who have these leggings and I guess they're very popular I decided to give in an order a pair I did get mine within a reasonable amount of time I was happy to get my package in the mail until I opened it and seeing that they're just a pair of cheap replicas. They're not even the same material or pattern like the video ad that I seen on justchou, nor like the ones the girls at work have. These are some thin cheap garbage leggings. So it's false advertising you think you are getting what you are ordering but in fact you're getting the opposite and I feel that is a scam and I'm very upset about the return policy all of a sudden you have to show proof of purchase my debit card that you have on file and the garbage you sent me that you know you sent me ain't proof enough? Then you got to pay a 15% restocking fee and you have to pay for the return shipping! Why would I have to do that when they're the ones that scammed me? I should charge them for wasting my time and money. I believe in Karma.

I had placed an order back on April 2nd and have still yet to receive my order. My bill was $56 and I was told it would be 2-3 days before they shipped out and I would receive them within 10business days. It's been almost a month and NO ONE EVEN HAS THE AUDACITY TO EVEN MESSAGE ME BACK. I'm really not happy and will pursue this as I see this is a complete scam.

I am acraid that I was literally scammed out of 56 bucks. Do NOT trust or order from them. They take your money and run.
