I used the apartment rental app to find the apartment, and it was stated that they’re registered with the better business bureau. I was emailed the rental contract, given a lease for the apartment I even got emailed receipt for the deposit and down payment. Went to pickup the keys for 11 Sackman st bklyn ny for 2pm 8/24/25 and no one showed up . I called the agent emailed the owner and agent of the property and all was silent. Apartment list states that the people that they provide listings for are checked out. I tough that the listing were legitimate listings but they’re not..
