This is a complete scam. I almost think the school that referred me was apart of the scam! I sign up and pay for the DSD course using my husband’s credit card. Spoke with someone the entire time. It was like she was waiting for my payment to go through to start the ultimate scam. She signed me up and I received a link to the course. I complete the Mickey course (didn’t look legit but I kept the faith). Finished with the course and on the slide that said final exam instructions, I read it, uploaded my id and did the lil lesson plan on handwashing. As soon as I send the email, they reply back saying I need a receipt for the course in order to take the exam. Confused I email back that there was no receipt provided. They emailed me back with bold red letters stating I wasn’t in the class they can’t find my name and to have whoever that paid for the course send a handwritten note with a signature and date on it and if not I can not get the password and username. I immediately get angry. I had my husband write a note and I sent it saying send my password and username now or provide my refund. These ppl emailed me back in bold red letters saying: I am not in the course, I did not pay for the class and do not contact them again unless I have the note. I then immediately try signing on to the class and learned that I was kicked out the class and link no long worked. I replied back saying they had to have seen my name because they kicked me out the course. Next thing I know I’m getting a return to sender email because they blocked my email. SMH They are some scammers. Do not take their Mickey course!

DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THEIR COURSES!

This school ripped me off twice for the $99 DSD course.

The initial course was so unprofessional and out of date with the curriculum and course materials. The YouTube videos were inaudible and from the 70's. There was no 30-day clause posted on the website and they canceled my course for failure to complete in 30 days. Had I known I would have completed it within the 30 days. This second time, I still had a week left before they blocked my access to complete the course. They make you watch a lot of elder abuse videos, robotic videos that are inaudible, complete a lesson plan and a 12-month in service calendar without instruction or examples. A quarter of the way through the class, they blocked my access, changed my password without any notification and changed their whole curriculum and website twice this month alone. When I contacted them they were rude as hell. They were yelling at me and my husband and hung up on us because we demanded they get their act together and stop pulling a bait and switch. Then they refused our calls, texts, and emails. They answer the phone very arrogantly and unprofessionally, basically verbally abusing anyone who challenges them on their incompetence and negligence. The woman started yelling at my husband saying, "WHO IS THIS?" "WE DON'T TALK TO 3RD PARTIES!" I reported them to the BRN and the Better Business Bureau. They tried to lie and say that I was confused and that they did not rewrite their entire curriculum midstream, but I have receipts and printed every document on their website and fake website also, which they just took down. This company is racist against blacks and fraudulent by not providing the product promised and not offering a fair and equal education under the law.
