Ordered a ONE time purchase because that was an option on Facebook to order a special they ran. They still signed me up for a subscription and got charged $102. The next month. When I tried to cancel they wanted to wait to cancel till July and ship for May and June. What part of this is fraudulent did they not understand you never were authorized to charge me a subscription when I chose a ONE Time purchase. I had to argue with them on live chat that it wasn’t acceptable and then they dropped my chat several times. I had to get on a totally different chat again and opt to cancel subscription before they would actually cancel. Needless to say I still got charged the $102. And have not yet received the package. Hopefully I at least get what was already paid for.I will be calling my bank to not accept any charges from them again. Very disappointing.

Ordered some Jlo products online for a friend who can’t purchase Jlo products in Germany yet.
Now a month later I receive a large box with 9! JLo products and a bill that states I will be automatically charged for almost $100z.
Customer service tells me I signed up for automatic membership with my first order. Suppisedly it’s “ in the fine print”
Nowhere in my confirmation order does it mention a membership. I checked.
Customer service rep tries EVERYTHING to get me to keep the products, I have to tell him 5 times that I AM NOT INTERESTED and he keeps trying to convince me to just try the products on myself. Only after I read him out loud the 60 day money back guarantee does he agree to cancel my unwanted subscription.
Yes I’ll get a refund, but I am responsible for shipping ( has to be insured too!) They won’t even provide a return label.
Very misleading sales tactics, buyer beware!

Place a sample order from JLo Beauty that came up on Instagram, and paid the sample amount. A month later I get a box from the same company with skin merchandise, that I did not order. When called (spoke to someone overseas - Ella) they told me that I was placed on a subscription, I explained that I never signed up for a subscription, they said it was part of the fine print. How can you see fine print on Instagram, that they did not specify that. The customer service person said that she will cancel my subscription but that I would have to pay for the shipping and handling, I mentioned that I did not request the order why should I pay for that to please send me a return label, she no they wouldn't do that. I told her that I would argue this purchase and will not pay for this. She was well okay but we will not reimburse you for the shipping and handling, and we will not credit you for the merchandise until you ship it back and we get it back in our warehouse. This is a fraud, after reading everyone's complaint about the same situation. I hope the ScamPulse.com will do something about this.
