Received phone card stating someone charged 400.00 from Pennsylvania on my Citi card. I said it was not me and he started asking questions and verification information for 35 minutes. He said he closed my accounts and was sending me a new card and login info in the mail. I told him I was going to verify his info with Citi. He said his name was Robert Steven’s employee number 17208. Since I verified thru Citi customer service who confirmed there was not charge, I have received 4 emails from Citi?? Or the scammer informing changes to my account. I have closed both Citi accounts and deleted the app and changed my passwords on my bank account.
