I purchased Lola female for $550 and same things with crate deposit $1990 and returned to me on delivery I started to pay many times but I had looked at many puppies online over past few weeks and something hit me when I looked at picture of Lola I had felt like I had seen her before on another search so I went back at my screenshots I had saved of favorites and she was a male puppy named Chase on another website.

I am sure I will never see $550 back and I am thankful that when asked to make a deposit on a crate that I would never touch so why am I responsible for a deposit which when I asked for what reason I would not get money back I was only told over and over that I would definitely get it back so I said then what’s the point for shipping company to charge it.
I was also given the story of how I should trust her how my kids would have her next day.
I was sent transfer paperwork of ownership and pictures of additional gifts like dog bed, toys, food, leash and clothes that was in the crate with her.
I don’t know how people feel ok to break the hearts of kids who have fallen for an animal.
I already told them to save the story of I broke the law and health insurance I sent pictures from the 2 sites to them and they have called me in two different area codes at all hours of night as late as 3am.
Im glad I had trouble sending them additional money it gave me time to think and yes I am out $550 that i need back but I could have lost additional $2000 I have to count my blessings.

This is totally a scam. I lost about $2000.00 for the purchase of Sasha, but then was under Carines's toy teacup poms. The same puppies they are showing on Jenney's are the same puppies I saw on Carine's exactly the same ones! I had the same experience. After I gave the owner a deposit of 450.00 was advised by the shipper a special crate was needed which we had to forward additional money with cash cards. Was suppose to receive the puppy the following day, but received a text message then advising us they needed additional money for health insurance and then we called their buff. The shipping cost and health insurance was suppose to be refunded to us when we received the puppy. We told the shipper to ship they puppy and then once we had her we would refund them the health insurance cost. That was when we were threated with the police and animal welfare for abandonment of the puppy. I have contacted my local police, Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint with FBI.

I’ve just purchased 2 Pomeranians Angel and Chico. And they’re being shipped by plane but I had to buy them a special crate and I’ll get 98% refunded but now they’re asking for $1500 for insurance. I told them I didn’t have that kind of money n they told me they would call the police on me if I didn’t do it. For animal endangerment. They texted me that.

I came so close to buying one of the puppies off the site and then I decided to do some research to make sure that this business was actually legit. I came to this site and read the comment and I decided I was going to call jenney. When I did call a man picked up the phone and was very rude and when I asked to speak to her he said he was in charge and I have to talk to him. It was all very sketchy and 10/10 would not recommend.

I saw this website offering to sell teacup pomeranian for $550 including shipping. The website had testimonials which made me believe it was legit. I asked the seller why the price is so cheap and she convinced me that due to COVID-19 people lost their loved ones and the puppy could bring them comfort, and most people can't afford it, therefore she made it affordable for those who need the puppy. She asked me to send her money through Zelle and I told her Zelle doesn't sound a good way of payment and explained to her my concerns and she asked me to trust her and that she's a mother of two kids and as a Christian woman she wouldn't fraud. She made me believe that she had good intention for community and I thought I shouldn't worry about payment method. She started to respond to emails late and finally she said she done the paperwork. I was relieved, but the she gone tell me the puppy need special crate and I need to deposit the minimum of $1,800 and that I could get 98% of refund. It was huge amount and I refused to pay and yet she kept insisting me to pay for it otherwise she can't send the money. She told me everything was included in $550 and so I told her I am not obligated to pay any more as it wasn't disclosed at first. I asked her to refund my money and she didn't do that either, its been over 2 weeks and neither have I recieved the puppy nor the refund. a
