I got a letter in the mail to my deceased husband (who has never lived at this address) saying "according to our records, your Janus Henderson account has been inactive for a significant amount of time. Mail delivered to your address on record has been returned to us. We have located this address in connection to records about you. State abandoned property laws dictate your that your property will be given over to the state if you do not respond to this notice with your new address in a timely manner."

So I called and gave them my SSN which I had to do in order to speak with someone, then they asked for my husband's SSN and I got suspicious.
