I purchased hair from this company and they sent me hair from another off brand. The hair was not what I ordered and was very cheap. When I tried to reach out to them they made it seem like I was lying even after I sent pictures as proof. After they investigated and found out I was telling the truth they still never offered to send out the actual item or give me my money back. They were more concerned with me returning the hair back to them.

Ordered wig. Wig received was nor as advetrised. They refuse to get in tiuch wuth me regardinf return and refund evwn though their website states 30 days "no reason" return.
