The number I called is a scam. Supposedly it was the number used on the IRS website for getting your transcript mailed to you. It said I won a $100 gift card. That the fee that they would charge would be $2.00 and to use a credit card. Of course I didn't give them my information but I don't want anybody else getting scammed by this number. Its on the "transcript types" page.
