I made a cash investment (several installments/payments) with a friend (****** ** ******), which I trusted was a legitimate “investment” opportunity. I invested based on our "friendship" and his assurances. However, at this point, I believe this investment was made under false pretenses. I have made numerous attempts to contact him about this matter—via phone calls, text messages, Facebook direct messages (where he has since blocked me), Instagram direct messages, and email *************************. Despite these efforts, I have not received any response from him.

We have had prior verbal and written communications ( a letter that we both signed, as well as text messages and direct messages on social media), where he promised to return my funds. This is NOT a small amount of money that I am requesting to be returned back to me- a full refund of my cash investment, as promised.

I have sent certified letters in the company name (K & DW TRUCKING LLC) and to him personally (****** ** ******). That letter was a final attempt to resolve this matter amicably. I have not received a response. Therefore, I had no choice but to take this matter further, with contacting the BBB. At this time, I am looking for a resolution to this matter to have my investment returned in full.
