SCAMMERS!!! THEIVES!!! LIARS!!! CROOKS!!! CONS!!! FRAUDS!!!

BROUGHT A $60 ITEM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED BY THESE LOSERS! ONLY TO GET ROBBED! THEY NEVER SENT OUT NOR PICKED UP THE ORDER THAT HAS BEEN SAYING PROCESSED/SHIPPED SINCE APRIL 20TH 2023! IT IS NOW MAY 18TH 2023! WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTIST FAKE CON FRAUDULENT CLOWNS! I HOPE U ALL GET CAUGHT BURN AND ROT IN HELL! THEIVES!

Missing package

I ordered an apron from what I thought was Bed, Bed and Beyond. It turned out that the vendor is Integrity Commerce. I ordered thexitem on March 11 and got a message from Bed, Bath and Beyond that the order had been received. Two weeks later when I didn't get a notice that the item was shipped or delivered, I contacted Bed, Bath and Beyond and that company gave me the tracking no. and referred me to Integrity Commerce. The tracking status said the package was being processed. That was on March 23. Last week I checked the status for delivery again and it said being processed.
I contacted Integrity Commerce and they said the package had been delivered to me and sent an attachment in email supposedly from USPS. The customer support representative suggested I contact USPS for further assistance.
I didn't receive the package in my mailbox, it wasn't in the mailroom and it wasn't delivered to my door.
I never received an email the the item had been shipped from Integrity Commerce or a message that it had been delivered. Every other company that I have ordered from online sends me a email notice when the item has been shipped and when it was delivered. Integrity Commerce doesn't provide this communication.
If I knew the package had arrived, I would have looked for it.
I didn't get the package and Integrity Commerce said it was delivered and there is nothing they can do.
I feel they have very poor customer service and they don't care if a customer doesn't receive the package from their company.

Disgusting. This product came sratched. Box bent and torn. No plastic protecting item. No help from anyone to get a replacement. First I thought I was buying from Bed , Bath and Beyond then realized I bought from another seller on their website. Wasted money, time and energy on this upsetting disgusting company.

Paid for the top tear. They were suppose to do all set up for me. They did nothing and refused to give a portion of my money back. They kept me on the so called support site, but the only thing the did was use a mediocre template and a whole bunch of broken coded getting us kicked off Google twice. Crooks. Don't do business with any company overseas.

Misrepresents lackluster “course” as service

Company charges TOP TOP dollar for a course that they misrepresent as a service for a “done for you” dropshipping store - if integrity means - lie cheat misrepresent mislead then they’ve got it! I’m in a growing group of individuals that were deceived into buying their done for you program which is anything but.

They start off with telling you they do everything from sourcing products suppliers to building and optimizing the store - “they have pre-vetted the best suppliers, all Us based with amazing margins” none of which is true after they get your money they dodge you on your strategy call, send you to every corner of google for their proprietary “insights”, and provide a series of videos where the owner is stroking his ego over and over saying what a expert he is while he bores you with info that is found free on YouTube and say they’re job is done - buyer beware

This company goes to an elaborate scale to seem like a real business. They supposedly will help you with your website. They also go by the name “ultimate retail growth”. Do not trust these people.
