I received a call from what appeared to be a Cleveland clinic phone number. When I answered, there was no response and then after a few seconds a male with a Middle Eastern accent came on and asked if I have insurance on my car. I asked him to repeat his question and he was very pushy Saying four times. Do you have insurance on your car. When I demanded to know who he was he hung up.
