He will lie to get you to sign a contract to sell your house. He will then make up a story about a family member that has died so he doesn't answer your calls. He will make sure you are in a contract on a new house. He will then cut is offer by 50% 2 days before you close. His scam is he hopes you will take his lower offer because of all the work you have put into the new house. He will also find a way to get out of the earnest money. He's a liar, cheater, and a coward. His partner is Ahmad Wazzan and he is the same type of person. Do not do business with these people. They are out to cheat anyone they can.
