I ordered from them in the beginning on December. The site was on facebook which facebook in my opinion should take them down. They took my money right away. When they sent me a tracking number finally it made no sense what so ever. It stated i ordered the product almost 2 weeks after i originally did and all the “tracking” information never showed any location at all as far as city or state it was in. I have contacted them multiple times through email as it states to do so on the website and have not received a response. My last email requested that they intercept the “shipment” and refund my money. Nothing. As for the “tracking number” it has now not been updated since the 20th. It would seem whatever this is, its a scam. After further investigation, the bottom of the website says copyrighted in 2022. I wish I saw that first. Who knows how many other people they took money from over the past few months. If they are a real company, their customer service is absent and they need to respond to their customers immediately with real tracking or refunds. Do not use this website to order anything. As it states they are always looking for new and innovative ideas, Im sure whomever is behind this will try and create another scam product.

Placed my order on December 11, 2022 using The Fly Orb website. I provided and paid for the items using my credit card and my order was confirmed and given a "confirmation order number". I contacted my credit card company 12/22/22, to find out if a transaction with The Fly Orb was applied, and the credit company said my account was charged on Dec 11, 2022. The website claims that within 24 hours I would receive an email providing me an "order number" which has not happened as of today (Dec 23, 2022). I called their 307/218-9795 number which goes to their voice message and directs you to their email. On Dec 15, they did reply to my email (sent to them) saying there is a "Minor Shipping Delay. I noticed that their email response address is: [email protected] via ksd2.klaviyomail.com. All of my attempts to receive further communication with this company has gone silent. They don't even respond with an email anymore.
