I tried to tell them if it is not payed for yet then the booking didnt go through as no money was exchanged then how can I not cancel the flight ? He said you will be put on a standby list and if some one cancels there ticket then we would be put on that flight , i told them no we will just cancel it and find a nother one they said we can not it was already booked , I said then if it is booked then it is payed for and this is our flight , he said no it was over booked and we will be billed later when there is a seat on that flight . I said if it is not payed for yet, then the bbooking did not go through so it is not available so we will find a different flight , they kept saying we can not cancel so if there is no payment it was never booked so We hung up the phone and called our bank and told them what happened and the said no money was taken out and they canceled our bank card and will send us a new one
