Ordered a Kavern from a tiktok ad over a month ago. Received an order confirmation & nothing since. Phone number is disconnected & numerous emails sent to customer service have gone unanswered. Lost $29.99.

I also ordered a bean bag from tiktok ad but it says their name is The Playful Tiger with the same phone number. I also received a confirmation email right after I ordered but now no communication and I just tried their phone number and it is no longer in service. I ordered almost a month ago. Total lost on this order $60.00
