Made an online order. Was not happy with merchandise, requested a return/ refund. Was offered 25% refund, which I refused. There policy states no hassle returns. They said the return had to be sent black to China despite the fact they have a store in the US. I sent the merchandise to China as they requested (sent 7/23/25) and have waited all this time for return to be processed. The merchandise came back to me today (1/28/26) marked RETURN to SENDER. Now I have merchandise I don’t want, have paid $48 to send it to China and am out the additional $147.88. I have contacted the company with no response.
