I ordered a "Skin Rejuvenation Bundle" that included an LED face mask from Beauty Experts NYC on March 2, 2025. It is now April 30, 2025, 59 days later, and I still have not received it. The cost was $179.00.
I tried to email Beauty Experts NYC at the email address listed In their information (above), for a refund or resolution and received a return notification that the message had failed because the email account did not exist. I rechecked the email address several times and that is correct as listed.
I understand that $179 is not a large amount of money. However, I want to warn others and prevent them from falling into the same trap and wasting money.
