Assign for a project in India and i needed E-currency like Perfect Money or BTC, so i got his contact and we chatted on WhatsApp, i paid him the sum of $8,570 to exchange to Perfect Money or Bitcoins Wallet, immediately i wire the money to him and he confirmed the payment sent, i got blocked from all platform to contact him..
