Ordered a pair of shoes at $84.15 UDS. Took a long time to deliver from a local distribution point maybe 10 km away. When I go them they fitted much to big . Requested to exchange them and was told I need to ship them to China at a cost of $72.00 and when they receive them in China they will ship a replacement pair out,

Why would anyone pay almost the same cost of the shoes to ship them back...

Have a local return depot. The company is already shipping from a local distribution location.

They just to do want to have anyone exchange the product.

Not worth the time and money..

The product wasn’t what was advertised. Customer service was unhelpful and very disrespectful. They will steal your money. Return was a horrible process with no guidance or info they will jump through hoops so you can’t return the product. Company is a joke and is stealing from people.

I ordered the J3 version. Took 3 weeks to receive and didn't get any info about it taking that long until they already took my money! I have worn the shoes for 2 months and the soles are so thin now that I can feel every rock through them. The toe on the right shoe has torn exposing the composite material.

I got the same emails as everyone else. They are not liable for it and it's the customers responsibility once they are worn blah blah blah.

This company is complete BS! I've bought $40 Walmart boots that have lasted longer!

Don't waste your money with this company!

Ordered shoes online. 8 weeks and counting. Fake tracking number and the same BS generic response to my 6 plus emails. Eric Nguygen is a scam and con artist. Don' t buy from these crooks ,save your money and buy from a reputable store. These jerks have invested lots of time in a slick website but simply don"t deliver

Ordered shoes 8 weeks ago . Tracking number is useless. 6 emails to the company and the same same generic response. This is just a total scam, buy your shoes someplace else and save your money. Eric Nguyen you are a scam/con artist.

The boots that I received that I received did not look at all like the ones in my receipt from indestructible boots. I tried to return them but I got so much of a hassle and I didn't trust them to return my money because they wanted me to send the boots 1st and I was like oh no I'm not gonna do that I know I'll never get my money and I'll lose out on the boots too. I didn't like the boots 1st of all and when I realized they weren't even the boots on the website that really pissed me off . I suggest no one buys from this website because you don't know what you're going to going to get. I have attached the receipt just so you can see they don't match.

I ordered 1 pair of the alleged indestructible shoes on size 11. Payment made online with my credit card. I get a emsil with a tracking number which is fake and when I email this guy Eric Nyuen I get a reply saying they cannot ship the shoes because their was no room on the plane due to medical supplies being shipped from China? Or allow 6 to 8 weeks for the order to clear customs and then the tracking number will be available? I've gotten 4 seperate excuses why the shoes can't be shipped and they will not answer any direct questions. They have no physical phone number,Claim to have a office in USA Delaware, but do not. This is a total scam and please do not get caught up on it.

This company sells shoes. The shoes take 8-9 weeks to arrive. You are not told of the delay until you have already placed the order. Once you place the order they will not refund your money. If the shoes arrive defective, they will refund your money minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. My shoes arrived in 9 weeks. I wore them for a week and the elastic just gave out. The company does not offer any kind of refund if the shoes are used. The name of the company is literally Indestructible Shoes. Their initial response to any return is "It is an exceptional case and I’ve talked to my boss, we agreed to give you an extra 40% off if you order new shoes. It has never happened here in the past but we'd like to make this offer for you." This is a lie as numerous others have posted the exact same email stating "it has never happened in the past." A later email states "We have no control over how customers use the shoes after purchase. So we are not held liable for any damage that may be caused from usage."

I am now on their mailing list and every ad I see on social media is for their product.

On their website they have a "blog" but you cannot participate in this blog. They have a review section on their website "claiming" 11,900 reviews all 4 or 5 stars but you cannot sort the reviews, see review statistics, see all 11,900, or leave a review so I don't know where these review came from.

The messed up part is that it is supposed to be hassle free returns. They sent me fake shoes that didn't even have the logo. I posted above.

I ordered my shoes at the end of April and now it is mid-July and still no shoes. They took my money and they just keep giving COVID as the excuse for why they cannot send me the shoes. I ask them to check to see if they have been lost in shipping (from China, mind you. They claim they are made in the USA). They keep giving arbitrary set of dates to wait. "7-15 business days" then "6 to 9 weeks" then "8 days more" then "8 days after July 4th" Now they have given up on dates. "We kindly ask for your patience. The order may be delayed but you will receive it soon." I do not believe them anymore. This is a scam.

We purchased a pair of shoes in June 2020 and were told it would take six or eight weeks for shipping. We received a delivery notification two weeks after purchase date and when we called to question the delivery that did not actually happen we were told that we would be out a refund. They then instructed us to check with neighbors or friends to see if the package had been picked up for safekeeping or if the post office may have marked delivered and actually hadn’t delivered yet. We have security cameras to show that it was never delivered and we have had zero contact with them since our last message. My 12 year old son purchased the shoes with his own money so we are absolutely not pleased with the company.

On YouTube there was an ad for shoes from indestructible shoes. My husband wanted them. We ordered and paid 79$ on my credit card. March 10. Months later still no shoes yet lots of emails for ads wanting me to purchase shoes. I emailed back many times asking where are my shoes. There lies were “they are in transit” well still no shoes. I asked for a refund. I got $15.80 dollars refunded! What!!! I paid 79$for the order I never received!! I hate hate despise hate scammers. I pray they are caught. I think this has now got me to where I will never order if it comes from China!! They have a New Jersey address but it’s not real. Also I called the phone number that’s on my credit card Next to the 15$ refund and it’s fake also!! Go figure. I hate them. I have all the emails from me to them and them to me! Did I mention I hate scammers! Pls stop butts like that!

This company offers shoes online, and through Amazon. They ship wrong product, then when you return item, they say they have to ship replacement from China, they give you a tracking number that never moves. They have no physical addresses or phone #'s, they appear to be a China Company using fake US addresses. They make excuses for lack of deliver, refuse to reship or give refund "until item arrives" which it has not done for more than 120 days now.

They delayed everythign so long I can't stop payment on my credit card now and have no recourse, no money and no product, as well as NO way to reach them other than email, which just provides another excuse and delay.

Made online purchase was sent online purchase confirmation and shipping information after 14 days of non-movement of shipping purchase inquired through email to company and was given a blanket statement due to Pandemic shipping would take 6-9 weeks from time of purchase which had already passed. No return emails after second inquiry, company seems to have gone dark yet is still sending 20% off emails continuously.

Once you make a purchase they make the claim that due to covid 19 they will take up to 4-9 weeks to ship the order and have a ridiculous explanation on why this is the case. They will also not cancel an order once it is placed because they claim that their servers are automated for the best customer experience and therefor cannot process cancellations. There is zero customer support and the folks who have received (if at all) the products they've ordered are completely dissatisfied with product because of the false claims made directly on their website. They should be completely shut down and hopefully enough people voice their concerns, so they can't perpetuate this and make more money on hard working individuals.

Order shoes via their website on 03/21/2020 - as of 05/29/2020 order still has not shipped. Contacted customer service several times via email to cancel the order and request a refund; just get some variation of "we can't cancel the order because its already been shipped and you'll see an update in 24-48 hours." However, their own order tracking site just displays "Preparing shipment" with no actual shipment in 8+ weeks. I believe this is this company is pocketing the money from online purchases with no intention to deliver the promised goods.

Ordered product March 6, 2020. 7-15 days shipping. Today is 5/21, via email, 6-8 times now, I’ve been told they’ve shipped. Tracking info given yet no tracking update has taken place. Product still not received. Found a FB group with 70+ people who’ve encountered the same. Got the link to file complaint from there.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from what I thought was a company based in the US. shoes were sent from China. Took 2 months to get 1 pair. 2nd pair still hasn't come. I contacted them and told them first pair didn't fit and i wanted to return and receive a refund. was told there was a 15% restocking fee. First email to them was to tell them to cancel. something seemed fishy. 2 months of fighting with them to correct the issue. no avail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THIS !! PLEASE!!!

I placed an order on March 2nd and my order has been “in transit” since March 9th. I have YET to receive my package and when I email, they either don’t respond or respond with “it will be worth the wait. It takes 7-15 days to receive your purchase.” So on and so forth. Same response from “different employees.” When I respond to say that it’s been over 45 days and there’s been no update, they respond with the same message. Scam company. DON’T purchase from them.
