I looked up cash app customer service number and that number came up i called the number and the person walked me through to add m bank card to my cash app account. the person knew his way around the cash app so he deleted my old account said i had to open a business account in order for cash receive amount to be upgraded so we did and created a business account i put money in the cash app account to make sure my card was added and then he had me to click on cash out to receive my money back into bank account and it said it will be available by tuesday 5/17/22 no money showed up back in my account now im out of all my earnings 789 dollars

Better Business Bureau,

Here is a scam e-mail which I just received. Cash App scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. You need to see this e-mail. I am not asking for a reply; but want to make you aware of the scammers.

I received a call from cash app in reference to a claim of fraud only to be hacked again this time they wiped out my entire bank account and Bank Of America basically said that because I gave them access to my cash app account which was linked to my bank account it was me giving them verbal permission so instead of replacing the money taken the first time they took that and more to the tune of $8700 dollars. I called ,emailed and filed a police report against cash app. I also filed a criminal case against them in my local courthouse. A bit of advice do not give anyone access to anything on the phone period! It sounds cliche ish but true "If it sounds good it to good to be true"

I called to speak with a cash app representative that a friend gave me the number it was a scammer they had me download quick support app which the scammers could see my info the scammer try to send money to people I don’t know so the scammers used my sons cash app and locked him out of his cash app account and took all my money.

My employee was sent a cashapp from me. Her cashapp account was locked so she called this company to help her unlock her account. My employer text me and said they would be calling to verify the account. The scammers called me and told me to download a screen sharing app to verify my account. They asked to transfer $600 via Zelle as a “test” to verify the account. After the amount processed they hung up. Get these people off Google!!

So basically I had my computer on cash app and I was on my phone on Facebook all of sudden I start getting emails alert saying my email address has changed on my cash out my phone number has changed and my cashtag name has changed to a guy called PEULA

then he changes my ID on it then he changes my debit card takes the money off of it which was $83 then he takes the cash money that I had on my cash app Was Eighteen bucks okay and why he's doing all this likely my computer was still open to my cash app site and I seen it happen and so I go in I hit the support thing and I tried to stop it I got to go in and switch the email to email he didn't know cuz evidently he had the cash app email I had some time to switch it back so then I go and I find a button on cash app where it says if your card stolen it you could stop freeze off everything so I did that by then I'm freaking out don't know this guy from Adam will then I start looking into the cash that thing it shows where he's got a number that he has changed my number so I start calling the number some Spanish [censored] picks up the phone it says he doesn't speak English and then hangs up on me now the kicker I have been submitting all the information and all the proof I have to cash at their company keeps emailing me back sitting me from one place to the next pushing me off to this person to this person it's been over two weeks I have I want my money back the man has stolen my money he tried to steal my cash out I'm having to wait on a new debit card now and in the process the only thing they keep you emailing me is there sorry for my luck that I need to submit this this and this what time it happened and names what computer was it on what device which I did I haven't submitted all the way down to his damn phone number and where he lives so with the abscess do you know cash app has not done anything else so yes I'm fixing to file with the Better Business Bureau a complaint on cash app so be careful using cash app be very careful
