Acts like a normal website, except its terms & conditions are harsh & nowhere to be found when placing an order.

Purchased products but nothing is being sent. Every time I contact them they create a new shipping label and provide a tracking number but no item is ever received by the postal service. This scenario has happen twice. Now they tell me I should receive the items on 3 days when the postal service still hass not received the package.

Placed an order for a product online, that I had been interested in and paid using my debit card. I was not concerned much as I received an order confirmation within a matter of minutes. Then I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that I tried to track and no information was found calling the customer service number in the email 313-362-823 number does not work. Calling the secondary TN 833-656-1790 it is hit or miss, if you get someone on the line its one excuse after another they even sent me a new tracking number that was as useless as the first. I have emailed them three times asking for a refund I get canned responses.
