IDoggos/iCavalos advertises horse halters on deep discount, 70% off, in many colors, made of silicone. They are a unique product. Once your order is placed, it will likely never be shipped. My order was placed November 2024, after two weeks of no shipment, I reached out to the company via email. They said it was an expected 4 to 6 week delivery window, so I waited. By the end of January, I still have not received my order. I reached out again and received one of my items at the end of January. It is now mid July 2025 and I still have not received my second item from my order. I have reached out many times via email and social media. The company constantly posts things on their social media Saying that items will ship and the shipping date continues to be extended longer and longer. There are tons of customers who have been deceived the same way I have and never received anything. The company refuses to refund anyone’s order and continue to make excuses as to why items are not shipping.
