I tec geek is a company that claims they are affiliated with Microsoft, they are not. I tec geek is a predatory company selling to senior citizens and anyone else who believes them various computer services based on notifications from Microsoft of a threat to your computer. Over the last 3 years I've been bilked out of over $1,800. Network shield, identity theft protection, browser protection, encryption shield, and hard drive protection. Their saying your computer is threatened is a false statement. They will show you what they say are threats and then sell you a service to save your computer from the alleged threats. Then they will call a few months later with a different threat. Most people don't know how computers work and seem convinced by the demonstrations presented. It's a scam! I fell for it want to warn you if anyone calls you from I tec geek HANG UP the phone. They're a scam!

Some elderly friends of mine got contacted by this company. I am actually a computer science major(specializing in cyber security), so when I heard the concern from my friend who thought it might be a scam, I recognized that it was right away. I am particularly worried because they are gaining remote access to peoples computers (my friend being one). This company needs to be stopped as soon as possible because gaining access remotely makes people vulnerable to everything.

Business trying to get customer to subscribe to their tech support even though she doesn't have a computer. They called her on the phone. She didn't buy anything, she called ScamPulse.com to report Scam
