They say your name is on a list of winners of grant money from the federal government. They say you are on the list and selected to be the recipient of in my case $200,000. They require you to submit to them (him) your complete name and address, your age, your cell number and occupation.

They then take time to "verify" that your name is on their list and that you are selected to receive $200,000 (in my case) and to designate whether you want the funds in cash or a check.

They then inform you that your money is being prepared and readied for shipment via FedEx. They then contact you again and state your money is ready to ship BUT before they ship it they need you to make the FedEx delivery and case file fee to the Available FedEx Cashier at the Walmart store in the amount of $1,200 before they can ship the money.
