I rec'd a voicemail on my cell from someone saying I was being served with a Notice of Action. When I called back, I was told HSBC bank was serving me with a Garnishment of wages notice for a $4900 credit card from 2012. I was told they mailed me several letters to my home. I have never had an account with HSBC. They had all of my information.
