They are trying to get me to pay for help to make their product do what it is supposed to do. I have been trying to get into my H&R block account to file my taxes. All my information on my account is correct, however for some reason I am not receiving any of the two-factor authentication messages through both my phone number and email. I have tried resending these codes multiple times, even resetting my password, and no messages are appearing in either. I cannot create a new account because I still use the email and phone number associated with my account. When I call, they tell me to reset my password or get the codes through my phone and email, which will not work. When I repeatedly try to explain my situation to the robot, it only encourages me to pay for an upgrade to receive live help. I do not need live help for any other issue other than THEIR website being messed up. They are trying to scam me out of $60 just to get help to troubleshoot an issue that is clearly on their end.
