Received the below fake email from housecallusa.net (email: [email protected]).

I received an email from Ed Rowley at housecallusa.net following up on an application for a Proofreader position at NES Health. I was instructed to contact hiring manager Christopher Lee for next steps. Upon performing a search query, I found a ScamPulse.com scam report with the same name and company, but a different hiring manager.

I was sent an initial contact email from [email protected] about a remote proofreading position with NES Health that included an email address for a Hiring Manager named Ronda Davis from HouseCallUSA.net. When I reached out to Ronda Davis, I received an email to confirm an text-based interview that was to include a survey/questionnaire. After checking online, I found a scam alert on the ScamPulse.com that described the exact same experience, so I did not continue the interview process.

I was contacted from HouseCallUSA.net about a remote position for which the only info provided was the title of the position and the assertion that they provide training for new hires. The email said to contact Ronda Davis for further info about what the position requires.
