Was suppose to clean my air ducts but scammed me into "deep cleaning" 3 of them and not cleaning the whole house (the original plan) Did NOT perform the job that was requested

They receive payment for cleaning service ahead of time, but they later say they can’t do it and that they will refund the money. They never refunded the money and never answered their phone.
