THIRD EMAIL. PLEASE RESPOND!!!?

On 12/22/25 I placed the above order from Hotflot.com for an Elvis Emotional Support Doll. I just received the doll after waiting 2 months I got a Prince doll. See a copy of the invoice and a picture of the Prince doll in this email. I am very upset and disappointed. I need to know what action you will be taking to rectify this situation.
