different states on purpose. They stated a 10% deposit was required to see the horse and requested money he sent via cash app. I requested a contract. A generic contract was emailed to me that was not a valid horse purchase contract ie no specific information aside from the horse’s name. The address listed on the contract was an apartment. When I requested a physical ranch address none would be provided. The alleged Seller “Jarod” stated we would meet at the apartment and drive several minutes to the ranch. After doing a reverse image search for the advertised horses, all were found at a different ranch and had been sold.
