On June 11th I placed an order w/ hormonalbalancenow.com/Digistore24 for a capsule to help balance hormones. I received an email stating it had shipped June 12th. My order was for 3 bottles for 117.00. Upon checking my checking account, I found they had 'shipped' an additional 6 bottles to the tune of 151.20. I did not order these additional bottles. After waiting today I located a phone number for digistore24 and called. The first gentleman hung up on me. Called back. Spoke with a second rep. He said my order had not shipped. I explained since it had not shipped, I wanted a refund. I also told him how they decided to add an additional 6 bottles. He said I could NOT get a refund. I could not cancel. I must have accidentally added the 6 bottles. I was not happy. Then I asked for a number to hormonalbalancenow. The first number did not work. Called another number and went to

VM. Needless to say I am furious. I want a refund for the product I did not receive. I feel as if I have been duped. I would like my money returned and for others not to fall for this. I need help.
