J'ai acheté une retouche de photo avec HONG KONG PIXEL NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED prix 0.10 euros payé par PAYPAL j'ai ensuite été débité de 49.90 euros sans mon autorisation, qui plus est de manière récurrente. J'ai contesté auprès de PAYPAL, sans aucune aide pour le moment. Jamais vu cela, impossible de parler à un humain. Jusqu'à présent, je passais par PAYPAL car je me sentais protégé en cas de problème, mais Paypal ne protège plus ses clients.

J'ai contesté auprès de PAYPAL mais ils ont décidés de clore le dossier en ma défaveur . PAYPAL ne protège pas ses clients.

Por 0,10 € pagué para poder rectificar fotos y hacer creativas. Mi sorpresa viene al los dos días que me cobran 49,90€ sin autorización ninguna. Intento ponerme en contacto con ellos y me sale siempre que tienen problemas con la página para poder responder ..."no funciona". Son unos sinvergüenzas! *CUIDADO CON PAGAR LOS 0,10€*

I was looking to fix a photo. They offered to fix it for 10 cents. I paid through PayPal because I’ve learned my lesson from not paying through them. The very next day they took almost 50 dollars out of my account. I contacted PayPal. They gave me the information to request a cancellation and a refund. When I went to the link provided by PayPal, it gave me the option to cancel and ask for a refund. I cancelled it and asked for a refund. They then stated that I would have to wait 30 days for the refund or I could have half of a refund today and lose half my money.

I went straight back to PayPal. They said that’s ridiculous and said they will pay me in 5 days. I’m PayPal’s biggest fan and that’s why. They take care of their people. If you’re unsure about a website, always pay through PayPal. They will have your back I promise.

This is a fraudulent subscription scam. The company charges $49.80/month, uses the billing descriptor costext*, and redirects all cancellation attempts to a fake support site (tryhelp.top) that displays 'service abnormal' errors. They make cancellation impossible and continue charging. They stole 150 bucks from me.

Their claimed "address" according to their site is "HONG KONG PIXEL NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED
