Purchased a product online at the following website [email protected]. Product received was nothing like the product that was pictured and the quality was very poor. Immediately contacted the company multiple times asking for them to provide information to return and refund the procuct, as listed in their return policy. Company never tried to resolve the issue and never provided a phone number or address or acknowledgement of the return. I provided reasons and pictures of the product on the website and product received. Last email I was told the picture was embellished and to have a nice day.
