Do not under any circumstances purchase from this business, Honeybcare.com. We purchased a Dewalt battery operated unit mid Dec 2025. First red flag was no response to a follow up email with product questions. Second red flag was receiving a defective product in early Jan 2026. We emailed them multiple times about the product issue (failed to heat up and just throws an error every time you turn heater on). We made multiple attempts to contact the business to find a resolution or get our money back: emailed the address given on their website and their shipping email including a video of the issue we were experiencing, used their contact webform and called them on their listed number. No response to any of these. Finally we had no choice but to file a chargeback claim via our credit card company.

Well, that got their attention - classic bad business owner that only cares about his money, not his customers or delivering a quality product and service.😆

Scott Ehrenfried is the owner who called me immediately upon receiving the chargeback notification. Surprise surprise, he can magically read emails from the bank telling him they are withholding his money, but can’t be bothered to respond to customers. Instead of apologizing for his product defect and offering to send a replacement or repair, he tried to blame me for “only emailing” and suggesting that I was “too afraid to pick up a phone and call”. My husband did call which we have records of and yet Scott refused to acknowledge that it his business responsibility to respond to and serve his customers across all his advertised contact channels. 🙄 He then refused to pay for return shipping of his faulty product before refunding us citing “Walmart doesn’t come get it for you”… but completely failing to realize he is running an online business, not a physical store and should be comparing his service standards to Amazon (free returns). 😂

If you are scammed by this company, definitely file a chargeback claim/dispute with your credit card company and keep written records of your communication attempts with them for the claim. Chargebacks penalize bad business behavior by causing immediate revenue loss, adding hefty fees, increasing administrative burden, and damaging their reputation, potentially leading to higher processing costs or even losing the ability to accept credit cards if their chargeback rate (ratio of disputes to transactions) gets too high. All this guy cares about is taking your 💴 so hit him back with the only thing that matters to him.

WENT TO WEBSITE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT. SELECTED AND ADDED TO CART. FINISH THE PROCESS AND SUBMITTED PAYMENT USING CREDIT CARD. UNTIL THE PRESENT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED RECEIPT OR THE PRODUCT. CALLED BACK AND EMAIL THEM MULTIPLE TIMES. NO RESPONSES. THE PRODUCT WAS A BP 200 Reaper, DEWALT Battery Powered Oxalic Acid Vaporizer. One year parts and labor warranty. $195.00 AND PURCHASED ON APRIL 19, 2023. USING MY EMAIL.
