I was looking for another source online for additional matching storage bins that I previously bought from Target, but which are currently listed as unavailable on Target’s website. I thought Pillowfort was a source company for Target for these bins, since Target lists Pillowfort for these bins and other items. I found this HomePillowfort website with pictures of the exact same bins, same dimensions, so I ordered them, using my credit card, thinking this is the original company that made them for Target. I immediately received acknowledgment of the purchase from my credit card company via email, which stated it was an international transaction. I thought this was unusual, because the company’s address was listed as being in Arkansas. I did not receive email acknowledgment of the purchase from Pillowfort, nor any shipping or tracking information. And I have not received the merchandise. Pillowfort has been unresponsive to my inquiries in the “contact us” section of its website. I will likely get my money back from my credit card company, but I want to warn others about this website. Now that I look more carefully at the Privacy, Terms & Conditions, Legal, and other parts of this website, these webpages are not written quite the way one would expect. They look clumsy-perhaps like they’ve been written by AI.
